Now really, did you repost this just for me?
I’ve been going through the motions, having been laid off from my full time job two years ago!
During the time that I worked part time at Microsoft Corp, I met someone who has become like a sister to me and then that position was terminated! Each time, I cried (I’ve worked full time my entire adult life and much of my teenage years) but this scripture would play over and over in my spirit. I am human and I would become depressed at times and sulk at others. Still, I would find somewhere in my spirit, a sincere praise and at least a mustard seed of faith that God was working all things in my favor. I just completed a short story and published it on the net (http://www.bookrix.com/-daneegyrl if you would do me the honor of registering – it’s free!- reading and voting;) and am now working on two full lenghth novels.
My spirit is lifted and my faith abounds as God is revealing His calling on my life. He has confirmed that this is my season not only to hone the talent that he has given me but to be blessed in it as well! I wish I could tell you more but I already feel as if I am “blogging” on your blog.

I just wanted to thank you again for your encouragement. In addition to the word of God (daily), your blogs are quickly becoming a source of encouragement and inspiration!

I love the metaphorical artistry…thinking of my life as artwork and the canvas of it revealing purpose…lovely! It is often the dark back-ground that makes some of my favorite art pieces stand out! At the times when life doesn’t make sense, when bad things happen to good people, or a bit more difficult for me to live with-when great things happen to wicked people(just being real here!), yet there is a purpose! Well, I have to get my brushes and get back to my painting:)

15-19 That’s why, when I heard of the solid trust you have in the Master Jesus and your outpouring of love to all the followers of Jesus, I couldn’t stop thanking God for you—every time I prayed, I’d think of you and give thanks. But I do more than thank. I ask—ask the God of our Master, Jesus Christ, the God of glory—to make you intelligent and discerning in knowing him personally, your eyes focused and clear, so that you can see exactly what it is he is calling you to do, grasp the immensity of this glorious way of life he has for his followers, oh, the utter extravagance of his work in us who trust him—endless energy, boundless strength!
